Tender-15856 – Supply and Delivery of Office Products, Print and Copy Paper, and Laser Toners

Description

Note: Effective September 1, 2024 products on the core list for Office Products will be subject to a 3.03% price increase and products on the core list for Print and Paper will be subject to a 2.73% increase.

This Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement was established for the acquisition of Office Products, Print and Copy Paper and Laser Toners.

There are threre categories of products, awarded as follows:

• Office Products- Novexco Inc.
• Print and Copy Paper – Novexco Inc.
• Laser Toners – Staples Professional Inc.

The VOR arrangement is mandatory for all Ontario government ministries and agencies covered by the Ontario Public Service (OPS) Procurement Directive and is available on an optional basis to non-OPS entities.

The term of this arrangement is for two years with the option to extend the contract for one additional year in accordance with the same terms and conditions.
