Overview
Description
Ontario’s population is highly diverse with citizens from over 200 countries speaking more than 130 languages. This has significant communications and marketing implications for Ontario ministries and agencies, their business and consumer bases, and workforces.
Indigenous and Multicultural communities need to know about Ontario programs and services. This is best achieved by effectively communicating:
- in their preferred language(s)
- via channels that reach them
- in culturally appropriate ways.
Cultural marketing experts within the VOR can also help clients to:
- discover alternative communication channels
- earn relevancy and trust with audiences, while discovering and implementing all the critical nuances to communicate and market authentically.
The term of this arrangement is for two years with no extension option.
Only VOR vendors who have won a second-stage competition contract are required to report their monthly billing and only in the months when they actually billed something. There are no pricing rates in the VOR Master Agreement.
