Overview
Supply Ontario (SO) has established a new Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement for Cleaning Supplies and Sanitary Paper Products (Tender #19821).
SO is pleased to announce that the following vendors have been successfully selected to provide cleaning supplies and sanitary paper products under the multi-vendor VOR:
- Bunzl Canada Inc.
- G.K. Chemical Specialties Co. Inc.
- MicroAge Basics/ Bluewater Office Equipment Ltd.
- Mister Chemical Ltd.
- Planetize Inc.
- Reliable Window Cleaners (Sudbury) Ltd.
- Swish Maintenance Ltd.
- SWO Supplies Ltd.
The VOR arrangement, effective October 29, 2024, is for a term of up to three years with an option to extend for two additional one-year extensions. The VOR arrangement is mandatory for OPS ministries and agencies and is optionally available to non-OPS entities including municipalities, academic institutions, school boards, health care providers, and major transfer payment recipients.
The VOR arrangement arrangement provides consistent quality and service, and discounted prices on core items on as needed basis such as:
- garbage bags
- paper products
- cleaning supplies
The VOR also offers percentage discount off catalogue items including items in relation to cleaning supplies and sanitary paper products.
