Description
Ontario has established an Enterprise Case Management Volume Software and Services Agreement (MGCS-IBM-00536047) with IBM Canada Limited for Curam Products and related Services. (Curam Enterprise Case Management VLA). This is to facilitate the procurement of Curam Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) software and related Services in certain circumstances.
Curam is one of two Enterprise Case Management products that are set out in the OPS Enterprise-wide Case Management Product Standard GO-ITS 30.1.

- Software Licences
- Software Support (i.e. software maintenance)
- Related Services ( i.e. implementation and post implementation services)
The Curam Enterprise Case Management VLA provides software licence and related terms and conditions that are more favourable than IBM’s standard software licence agreements, and provides minimum discounts off of IBM’s list prices for Curam products and related services.The initial term of the Curam Enterprise Case Management VLA is four (4) years, effective May 1, 2015 with two optional extensions at the mutual discretion of the parties.
