Description
The Employee Relocation Services Vender of Record (VOR) is to assist eligible Ontario Public Service (OPS) employees who, due to the nature of their work, may be required to relocate during their employment. The program is designed to assist employees with all aspects of relocation. Participation in the Employee Relocation Program is not mandatory. Relocating employees have the option to utilize the program in part or in full.
The program is based on entitlements stipulated in various collective agreements and the Management Board of Cabinet’s Relocation Expenses Directive.

The VOR is available to all Ministries and approved agencies of the Government of Ontario and may optionally be used by NON-OPS organizations.
The term of this agreement is for four years.
