Chair
Paul G. Smith is the chair and chief executive officer of Rally Enterprises & Communications Corp. He has held the roles of chief financial officer, chief executive officer, director and chairman of privately and publicly listed companies and charitable organizations. Notably, he served as chair of the board of directors of VIA Rail Canada Inc.
George Szewchuk

George Szewchuk is principal at Szewchuk & Associates Inc., a firm specializing in optimizing costs and purchasing processes for large consumer packaged goods and food companies. He was previously vice president, purchasing at Maple Leaf Foods Inc.

Dr. Gillian Kernaghan
Dr. Gillian Kernaghan served as president and chief executive officer of St. Joseph’s Health Care London from 2010 to 2021. She is currently a member of Supply Ontario’s board and served as a member of the Ontario Ministry of Health’s negotiations team for the Physician Services Agreement with the Ontario Medical Association and a member of the Premier’s Council on Improving Healthcare and Ending Hallway Medicine. She served on the Ontario Hospital Association’s board for a six-year term and was the past chair of the Catholic Health Association of Ontario’s board. She was president of the Canadian Society of Physician Leaders (2011-2013) and co-chair of the Canadian Health Leadership Network (2014-2018). Dr. Kernaghan is a faculty member of the CMA Joule’s Physician Leadership Institute and a retired Associate Professor of the Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry at Western University.
Allan MacDonald
Allan MacDonald is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Superior Plus. He was Chief Executive Officer of the Bragg Group of Companies and served as the Chief COVID-19 Procurement Advisor for the Ontario government, coordinating Ontario’s pandemic supply chain response. He has also held senior positions with Canadian Tire Corporation, Bell Canada and British Telecom.
Terri McKinnon
Terri McKinnon (B.A., CPA) is a retired partner at PwC Canada in its assurance practice, where she served clients in the not-for-profit and public sectors. Her area of specialty was in the health care sector, with a specific focus on hospitals. Terri led teams for financial statement audits and internal audit and risk management engagements.
Terri currently serves on the boards of Public Health Ontario and Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital in Orillia. She has previously served on the Boards of Scarborough Health Network, Ladies Golf Club of Toronto, Girl Guides of Canada and others in various roles.
Pamela Schott
Pamela Schott is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of leadership experience in procurement, operational excellence, M&A, strategy, business transformation, and more. During her 24 years at BMO Financial Group, she built a world-class procurement function, led billion-dollar acquisitions, and achieved significant cost savings. Known for her ability to lead change and elevate talent, Pam oversaw teams in communications, learning and development, employee engagement, and change management. Passionate about mentoring and community involvement, Pam retired from BMO in April 2024 and now serves on the Boards of Victim Services Toronto and the Ivey Alumni Network Executive Board of Western University. She has also been involved with Habitat for Humanity Toronto and Ability Gives, demonstrating her commitment to giving back.
John Stipan
John Stipan is vice president of global procurement for Grupo Bimbo S.A.B. de C.V., a Mexico-based multinational bakery product manufacturing and distribution company. It is the world’s largest baked goods company with operations in 33 countries. He was also the vice president of procurement for Canada Bread Company Ltd. and Maple Leaf Foods for more than 10 years.
